The Senior Counsellor will provide expert guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities in the UK, including course selection, university shortlisting, and application planning. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, reviewing academic profiles, and advising on standardized tests and documentation. The Senior Counsellor will coordinate the application process, support students with scholarship options, and assist with visa procedures and pre-departure preparation. The position also includes maintaining accurate student records,



collaborating with internal teams, participating in outreach activities, and staying up to date with UK education policies, institutions, and program offerings. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust student counseling and guidance skills, including academic advising, career planning, and mentoring.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with students and families.
• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining documentation, managing multiple applications, and meeting timelines.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of UK higher education systems, admission processes, scholarships, and visa regulations.
• Candidates should possess sales and client relationship skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, handle inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Candidates should possess basic computer and digital literacy, including use of CRM tools, email, online meeting platforms, and document management.
• Relevant experience in overseas education counseling, preferably focused on UK universities, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a postgraduate degree and international education exposure are an added advantage.
