Hiring: IT Service Desk Associate

Location: Ecospace, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate / 10+3 Diploma

Experience: 6 months–4 years in IT Service Desk / International Technical Support Voice Process

Salary: 5–5.5 LPA + Shift Allowance

Shift: Rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs

Cab: Two-way cab facility

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Requirements: Excellent English communication skills and 2-dose vaccination mandatory

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance and support to international customers over voice calls.

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers towards appropriate solutions.

- Identify, diagnose,



and resolve IT-related queries.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
