URGENT HIRING – PURCHASE & STORE MANAGER

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Materials Management or a related field.
- MBA / postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Hospital procurement and inventory management experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hospital purchasing, procurement and store operations.
- Source medical supplies, consumables, equipment and general materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, compare quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels,



expiry dates and reorder requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials across hospital departments.
- Maintain purchase orders, goods receipts, stock registers and vendor records.
- Conduct stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with finance and departmental heads for purchase approvals.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
