About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Intern to support the Corporate Relations team in identifying and generating relevant corporate leads for placement opportunities. The intern will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of companies, connecting with potential employers, and supporting the team in converting leads into corporate hiring opportunities.

Key Responsibilities





● Identify and research companies across relevant industries that have potential hiring requirements.

● Generate qualified corporate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, company websites, databases, references, and other channels.

● Maintain and regularly update the corporate lead database with accurate company and contact information.

● Identify relevant HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Business/Functional Heads within target organizations.

● Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective corporate contacts.

● Understand basic hiring requirements and share qualified leads with the Corporate Relations team.

● Follow up with prospects to improve lead-to-connect and connect-to-opportunity conversion.

● Support the team in scheduling corporate connections, recruiter discussions, and hiring conversations.

● Track daily and weekly lead-generation activities and maintain MIS reports.

● Coordinate with Corporate Relations and Placement teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads.

● Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Number of qualified corporate leads generated.

● Number of valid HR/recruiter contacts identified.

● Lead-to-connect conversion.

● Number of corporate connections generated.

● Accuracy and completeness of lead database.

● Timely follow-up and MIS updates.

● Contribution to placement opportunity generation.

Qualifications

● Any Graduate

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Valuable research and internet-searching skills.

● Comfortable with calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

● Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

● Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn.

● Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, recruitment, sales, or business development is an added advantage.
