About the Opportunity
- Mann Talks is a mental health initiative founded by Ms. Vidhi Shanghvi under the Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation, aiming to democratise access to information, strengthen support systems, and provide high-quality holistic services to transform lives and empower individuals in managing their mental health.
- The role is pivotal in improving the mental health infrastructure of the country by driving strategic B2B partnerships and growth initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of partnerships and collaborations with corporates, NGOs, governmental institutions, hospitals, and other clinical establishments.
- Represent Mann Talks at external events, workshops, and meetings.
- Track relevant metrics, conversion rates, and analyse impact of partnerships.
- Take ownership of growth and revenue goals,



ensuring timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in closing B2B partnerships, growing collaborations, or similar roles.
- Passion for mental health.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities.
