Position

IT Executive / IT Support Staff

Experience Required

- Minimum 3 years of IT experience
- Practical knowledge of SQL and database management required.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare IT systems preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain hospital IT systems, computers, printers and network connectivity.
- Work with SQL databases, including queries, data retrieval and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to hospital staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS/HIS).
- Support hospital billing, registration, appointment and reporting systems.
- Monitor data backups, database integrity and system performance.
- Maintain IT documentation, user accounts and access permissions.




- Coordinate with software vendors for technical issues and system upgrades.
- Ensure data security and appropriate access controls.
- Provide timely IT support to clinical and administrative departments.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with networking, hardware and software support.
- Ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff.
- Experience with hospital management software preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and technical skills.
