URGENT HIRING – MANAGER, HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT

Position

Manager – Hospital Management

Experience Required

- Minimum 4 years of experience in hospital management

- Experience in hospital licensing, government office coordination and standardization is mandatory.

Qualification

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.

- MHA / MBA in Hospital Management preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital Licensing & Compliance

- Manage hospital licenses, registrations, renewals and related documentation.

- Coordinate with relevant government departments and regulatory authorities.

- Track compliance requirements and ensure timely submission of applications and documents.

2. Government Office Coordination

- Liaise with government offices and statutory authorities for hospital-related approvals.

- Follow up on pending applications, inspections, permissions and renewals.

- Maintain records of official communications and regulatory documentation.

3. Hospital Standardization

- Develop and implement standardized hospital policies, procedures and workflows.

- Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent operational practices.





- Monitor adherence to hospital protocols and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Maintain documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.

4. Hospital Administration

- Coordinate with hospital management and departmental heads.

- Monitor administrative activities and resolve operational issues.

- Maintain reports, compliance records and management documentation.

- Support smooth day-to-day hospital operations.

Candidate Profile

- Solid knowledge of hospital licensing and statutory compliance.

- Proven experience coordinating with government offices.

- Understanding of hospital standardization and operational procedures.

- Excellent communication, documentation and follow-up skills.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
