As the sole authorized distributor in India for Precor, USA—the global leader in Commercial Fitness Equipment—TIFC is at the helm of India’s fitness and wellness revolution. TIFC also represents international brands like Gym80, ZIVA, Jordan Fitness, Assault Fitness, and AIREX, alongside its in-house brand, CRUX, catering to the value fitness market. Headquartered in Mumbai with regional offices in Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, TIFC serves over 5000 fitness facilities nationwide.

Role & Responsibilities
- Go to customer sites to set up products and ensure everything is connected and working as it should.




- Respond quickly when customers need help and perform routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Professionally and promptly manage field service requests.
- Keep records of all installations and service activities.
- Create reports on the work done and any improvements needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Education desire: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics.
- Should know how to read and write regional languages.
- Technical background or relevant experience.
- Positive communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Should know how to ride a 2-wheeler and must have a license.
