Position: Junior Sales Engineer
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Western Suburbs, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

The Junior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial fans, air handling units (AHUs), and HVAC solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales growth across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the industrial fan and HVAC sectors.
- Promote and sell industrial fans, AHUs, and related air movement solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, builders, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
- Conduct client visits, sales presentations, and regular follow-ups.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial fans, HVAC, or engineering products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

A proactive and result-oriented candidate with a technical understanding of engineering products, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to develop business relationships and achieve sales targets.
