Key Responsibilities





● Connect with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

● Understand customer needs and recommend the right driving programs.

● Convert inbound leads into enrolled customers.

● Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Ensure accurate updates in CRM and sales trackers.

● Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.

● Upsell relevant services such as RTO assistance and car ownership solutions.

● Provide a positive and consultative customer experience.
