Job Summary

JC Fishnet is looking for an enthusiastic and sales-focused Telecalling Executive to connect with customers, generate leads, explain products or services, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's products, services, and offers clearly.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification:



12th pass or any graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in either Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi required.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
