Role Description The US IT Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, focused on marketing and placing bench IT consultants with clients and vendors in the US market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable requirements, submitting qualified profiles, negotiating rates, and coordinating interviews with clients and implementation partners. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients, tracking consultant availability,



and proactively generating new opportunities through calls, emails, and professional networks. The recruiter will update and manage candidate records, ensure timely follow-ups, and collaborate with internal teams to meet placement and revenue targets while adhering to ethical recruiting practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for US-based roles.
- Hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for diverse technology stacks.
- Proven track record in Hiring, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing practices, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor and client relationships.
- Comfort working in an evening/night shift to align with US time zones.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in US IT Bench Sales or US staffing is highly preferred.
