Operations Head – Quick Commerce & E-Commerce Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented Operations Head to take complete ownership of end-to-end Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics operations. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, business growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
· Take complete ownership of end-to-end business operations across Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, D2C, and online marketplaces.
· Manage platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant channels.
· Lead, manage, and develop operations teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and performance.
· Oversee warehouse management, inventory planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
· Monitor operational KPIs, platform SLAs, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
· Optimize operational costs, improve processes, and drive profitability through efficient resource management.
· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.




· Develop SOPs, operational dashboards, and performance review mechanisms to support business growth. Required Experience & Skills
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Supply Chain, or Operations.
· Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
· Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms.
· Good understanding of inventory, warehouse, logistics, and order management.
· Proficiency in Excel, ERP, OMS, WMS, or Power BI.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost-optimization skills.
· Ability to independently manage complete operations and take ownership of business outcomes.
