Job Summary Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing BRDs and wireframes, defining project scope, and supporting delivery planning through effort estimation, resource capacity planning, timeline preparation, and project cost breakdowns. Roles and Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and validate client requirements through discussions and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
• Conduct client scoping discussions to define project features, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and scope exclusions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility assessment.
• Identify requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies before project execution.
• Estimate effort hours for design, development, testing, deployment, and other project activities in consultation with respective teams.
• Assess resource capacity, team availability, workload, and skill requirements for project allocation.
• Prepare project timelines, effort estimation sheets, resource allocation plans, and detailed cost breakdowns.
• Support proposal preparation by providing scope details, effort estimates, resource requirements, and delivery assumptions.
• Evaluate project feasibility against the proposed budget, available resources, and expected timelines.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Project Management, UI/UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery plans.




• Facilitate the handover of approved requirements and scope from the pre-sales stage to the project execution team.
• Monitor planned versus actual effort hours and assist in identifying estimation variances and resource utilization issues.
• Track requirement changes and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, resources, and costs.
• Maintain project documentation, estimation trackers, requirement logs, meeting minutes, and stakeholder approvals.
• Provide regular updates on project scope, resource availability, estimation status, and potential delivery risks.
• Support project review meetings and recommend improvements to estimation accuracy and delivery planning. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of Business Analysis, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project delivery processes.
• Knowledge of BRD preparation, wireframing, requirement gathering, and client scoping.
• Understanding of effort estimation, resource capacity planning, timelines, and project costing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Figma, Balsamiq, Zoho Projects, Jira, or equivalent tools.
• Solid analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in business analysis, PMO, or project coordination is preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
