Role Description The Co-Founder role at Enscalo is a full-time, remote position responsible for shaping the company’s strategy, operations, and growth. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and validating market opportunities, designing revenue infrastructure solutions for B2B startups, and collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs and challenges. The Co-Founder will drive sales and marketing initiatives, build partnerships, and represent Enscalo in conversations with prospects, investors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing key projects, setting performance metrics, guiding product and service development, and establishing internal processes that support sustainable growth. This role also involves building and mentoring a small,



high-performing team and fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and experimentation. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, design scalable revenue processes, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to founders, clients, and internal team members.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of building relationships, managing pipelines, and closing B2B deals.
• Marketing skills, including experience with go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and positioning in B2B environments.
• Research skills to understand industries, competitors, and customer segments, and to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Prior experience in startups, revenue operations, or B2B SaaS is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in an unstructured environment.
• Comfort with ownership of outcomes, including strategic, financial, and operational responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is helpful, though equivalent experience is also valued.
