Key Responsibilities
1. Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and online prospecting. 2. Connect with international business owners, entrepreneurs, and potential clients. 3. Explain company services and business assistance solutions professionally. 4. Identify client requirements and generate qualified business opportunities. 5. Conduct follow-ups and schedule appointments with prospective clients. 6. Handle customer queries and objections effectively. 7. Maintain lead databases, call records, and follow-up reports using CRM and MS Excel. 8. Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly lead-generation targets. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, outbound calling, telecalling, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid prospecting, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel, and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to engage international B2B prospects professionally.
- Comfortable working with international time zones, including the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Willingness to work the Rotational shift
