Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a growing project-driven organization. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR policies, handling employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor and statutory regulations. The role involves implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.



The Human Resources Manager will also manage payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and benefits administration in coordination with finance and leadership teams. This position collaborates closely with project managers and department heads to align staffing, workforce planning, and HR support with business needs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning for technical and project-based roles.
