Role Description The Digital Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for driving digital initiatives across TORA TORI GROUP’s wealth, tech, and hospitality businesses. This role oversees digital operations, including managing online platforms, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing customer journeys and internal processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising digital campaigns, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all digital channels. The Digital Business Manager will analyze data to inform business decisions, manage vendor and partner relationships related to digital tools, and support leadership with reports and recommendations. The role also involves setting priorities, monitoring budgets for digital projects,



and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in digital business management, e-business operations, or digital transformation in any of the following domains: finance/wealth management, technology, or hospitality.
• Robust skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting using digital dashboards, analytics tools, and productivity software.
• Proficiency in managing websites, online platforms, and basic digital marketing activities, including content updates, user experience oversight, and campaign coordination.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on digital initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in digital business or project management are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a multi-business or multi-location organization, and familiarity with the Ranchi market or similar regional business environments, is beneficial.
