Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for overseeing customer relationship strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction across the printing lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include tracking and analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, coordinating sales and service teams, and following up on orders from pre-press through delivery. The role involves managing CRM tools, monitoring customer feedback, and resolving issues in a timely and qualified manner. The Manager will collaborate with production, sales,



and logistics teams to align customer expectations with operational capabilities and support business growth. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and present updates clearly.
• Sales and Market Segmentation skills to identify target customer groups, develop relationship strategies, and support revenue growth.
• Project Management capabilities to oversee customer projects, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery across pre-press, press, and post-press stages.
• Experience using CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
• Proven background in customer-facing roles, preferably in printing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in CRM or project management are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, prioritize multiple accounts, and maintain a customer-focused approach under tight deadlines.
