We’re Hiring: US Tax Associate and Senior Associate: ACTA International is growing its US tax team. Join us as a dedicated tax professional for a US CPA firm and work on US individual and business tax returns all year round. ?

Location:
Coimbatore (work from office) 1. US Tax Associate

Experience:
2 to 3 years in Indian CA or tax firms (US experience not required)
• Preparing individual and business tax returns (basic)
• Year-end accounting and adjustments (basic)
• QuickBooks and US accounting basics (experience, or willingness to learn)
• MS Office, with strong Excel skills
• Tax software experience is a plus. We will train you on the software. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Commerce or Accounting) or semi-qualified CA (CA Intermediate) 2. US Tax Senior Associate

Experience:
2 to 5 years in total, with at least 4 US busy seasons working directly on US tax returns
• Preparing individual,



business and multi-state tax returns (easy to moderate)
• Year-end accounting and adjustments
• Exempt organization and trust tax returns (basic)
• Good understanding of QuickBooks and US accounting
• Hands-on experience with at least one US tax software
• MS Office, with strong Excel skills Qualification: Master’s degree (Commerce or Accounting), MBA (Finance), semi-qualified CA (CA Intermediate), or CPA / EA pursuing What we look for
• Good written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Interest in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in tax work. We provide the training.
