Role Description The Smartphone Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content using smartphones for digital campaigns, social media, and websites. Day-to-day tasks include capturing high-quality footage in office, collaborating with the branding and marketing teams to align video concepts with campaign goals, and creating engaging visual narratives that support client positioning and conversions. The role involves managing basic lighting and audio setups, organizing footage, adding simple graphics or text overlays, and preparing videos in formats optimized for different platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna,



requiring close coordination with the creative team and participation in client-facing shoots as needed. Qualifications
• Strong smartphone videography skills, including framing, composition, and use of mobile camera features.
• Experience with basic video editing on mobile or desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush, or similar).
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube.
• Ability to plan simple storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound recording, and stabilisation techniques suitable for smartphone shooting.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take creative feedback and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Previous experience in content creation, videography, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in media, film, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
