About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts in the steel fabrication domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of fabrication processes, mechanical drawings, and OEM supply chains, combined with proven sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B sales for steel fabrication products and services
• Identify and develop recent business opportunities with OEMs and industrial clients




• Understand and interpret mechanical drawings to support client requirements
• Prepare costing sheets and quotations for fabricated products
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to order closure
• Maintain regular client communication and correspondence
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, procurement) for project execution Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 8-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in steel fabrication or engineering industry
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and OEM supply
• Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
• Experience in cost estimation and pricing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
