About the Role
OMNITECH Wireless Applications S.
A. is a Greece-based company specializing in mobile device repairs, spare parts distribution, and B2B and B2C e-commerce. We are looking for an experienced Odoo Accountant / ERP Specialist to join our team remotely from India. Our business operates on Odoo 19, which supports our daily activities across accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and order management. We also process orders through our e-commerce platform, making accurate financial records and smooth coordination between systems essential. This position is suited to someone who has worked extensively with Odoo in a real business environment and understands how financial transactions connect with day-to-day operations. We need a professional who can take ownership of accounting tasks, identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and help us improve the way we use Odoo.

Key Responsibilities




• Manage daily accounting activities in Odoo, including customer invoices, supplier bills, credit notes, payments, and journal entries.
• Process and verify sales orders, purchase orders, and related invoices.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Handle employee expenses, expense approvals, and accounting postings.
• Monitor website orders and ensure that transactions are correctly reflected in Odoo.
• Review inventory-related accounting transactions and coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between orders, invoices, payments, and stock movements.
• Work closely with our Odoo development team to test improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support workflow automation.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management. What We're Looking For
• At least 2–3 years of practical Odoo experience is essential.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and daily financial operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo Accounting, Invoicing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Expenses.




• Experience handling the complete process from sales or purchase orders through invoicing and payment reconciliation.
• Familiarity with automated workflows and how different Odoo modules interact.
• The ability to investigate problems, understand their causes, and follow through until they are resolved.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Experience with Odoo 19, Magento integration, multi-company operations, or European accounting environments would be an advantage.
