15 Years of Full-Time Education Role Type: Client-Facing Onsite Project Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance & Accounting Consultant with 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP FI and S/4HANA Finance to lead and support finance transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions in alignment with business requirements. The role requires strong functional expertise in financial accounting, financial reporting, integration with other SAP modules, and end-to-end finance processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a client-facing environment. Important: This is a 100% onsite, client-facing role based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The selected candidate must work from the client's location five days a week. Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design, configuration, implementation, and support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.
• Configure and support core Financial Accounting (FI) processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Work with Controlling (CO) processes, including cost centers, internal orders,



and profitability analysis, as required by the project.
• Support financial closing activities, including period-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure integration of SAP Finance with relevant logistics and procurement modules, including Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and financial data quality activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and solution design documents.
• Plan and execute functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting policies, and applicable reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver project milestones.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to support successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks. Required Technical Skills
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in SAP FI / S/4HANA Finance and Accounting.




• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration and financial accounting processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture and its core functionalities.
• Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Understanding of financial closing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience integrating SAP FI with SAP MM, SD, and relevant CO processes.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
• Knowledge of data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Required Soft Skills

• Minimum 15 years of full-time formal education. Note: This is an exclusively onsite position. Remote and hybrid working arrangements are not available.
