The role involves producing detailed architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) designs and drawings in alignment with data center standards, codes, and client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing coordinated models (e.g., BIM), supporting MEPF and structural layouts, preparing documentation sets,



and ensuring design accuracy through clash detection and design reviews. The AEC Designer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to integrate technical requirements, maintain schedules, and support design updates during various project phases. The position also requires adherence to quality processes, participation in design coordination meetings, and continuous improvement of design workflows for mission critical facilities. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex design requirements, perform design checks, and support problem-solving for mission critical data center environments.
• Information Technology skills, including proficiency in AEC/BIM tools (such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and collaboration platforms used in design and documentation workflows.
• Project management capabilities to handle multiple design tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and support schedule and quality compliance.
• Integration skills to align architectural, structural, and MEPF systems within coordinated models and ensure seamless interfacing of design elements for data center projects.
• Relevant experience in AEC design for data centers, industrial facilities, or large infrastructure projects; exposure to American codes and standards is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s / PG degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
