• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day activities.
• Learn professional communication and basic HR operations. ? Eligibility Criteria

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
