Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Kochi. The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans for N INSURE’s insurance offerings, including commercial vehicle, motor, health, and business insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, assisting in campaign planning, and supporting sales initiatives through targeted marketing activities. The role involves creating and updating marketing materials,



coordinating with sales and service teams, managing local promotional events, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Executive will also contribute to building brand awareness, maintaining consistent messaging, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with customer needs and business goals. Qualifications
• Ability to develop and support Market Planning and Marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
• Strong Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret customer, competitor, and industry data.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Sales and customer relationship skills to collaborate with sales teams and support lead generation and conversion.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a strong interest in the insurance sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, digital channels).
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
