Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day office operations, including documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to support finance and sales activities. Responsibilities include processing loan applications, verifying customer information, preparing reports, and ensuring that all records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves assisting front-office staff with timely information, responding to internal queries, and maintaining accurate databases to support smooth workflow.



The Back Office Executive is expected to follow standard operating procedures, meet deadlines, and contribute to efficient branch operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to manage documentation, data entry, and workflow coordination efficiently.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, support sales staff, and handle customer-related information clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead management, follow-up processes, and coordination of sales documentation in an auto finance environment.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand loan processes, basic financial documentation, and compliance requirements within an NBFC or similar financial institution.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and prior experience in financial services or banking operations.
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
