Team members contribute to a mission of making healthy eating accessible and enjoyable. Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for ParaFit India. Day-to-day activities include leading social media campaigns, managing performance marketing channels, optimizing lead generation funnels, overseeing content and creatives, and monitoring web analytics to improve campaign effectiveness. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior marketing staff, manage budgets, and report on digital performance to leadership. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong ownership of key marketing metrics,



and continuous experimentation to grow ParaFit’s digital presence. Qualifications
• Strong digital marketing skills, including Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience creating and executing integrated online campaigns.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing performance.
• Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation, funnel optimization, and performance marketing to drive measurable growth.
• Proven track record in managing digital marketing teams or projects, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different digital channels.
• Experience with health, wellness, or consumer-focused brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced workplace.
