About the Role
We’re looking for a creatively driven Senior Copywriter who can turn brand briefs into compelling stories, sharp messaging, and memorable campaign ideas. The ideal candidate has agency-side experience working across multiple brands and categories, with a strong portfolio of digital campaigns, brand communication, and creative concepts. You should be equally comfortable crafting a powerful headline, developing a campaign narrative, or brainstorming a big idea that gives a brand a distinctive voice. We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond the words someone who understands the audience, challenges the obvious, and knows how to make brand communication relevant, engaging, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Ideation & Campaign Development
• Lead copy-led ideation and conceptualisation for brand campaigns, digital-first campaigns, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop original campaign ideas, creative territories, communication platforms, and storytelling approaches aligned with brand objectives.
• Translate client briefs, consumer insights, and cultural observations into distinctive creative concepts.
• Collaborate with art directors and designers to develop cohesive campaign ideas and compelling creative executions. Copywriting & Brand Storytelling
• Write compelling headlines, taglines, campaign scripts, social media copy, ad copies, website content, landing pages, and other brand communication.
• Develop solid brand narratives and adapt messaging across formats, platforms, and audience segments.
• Build and maintain distinct brand voices while ensuring consistency across campaign touchpoints.
• Write scripts and storylines for digital films, reels, videos, and other content formats, wherever required. Strategic Thinking & Client Collaboration
• Understand brand positioning, campaign objectives, target audiences,



and consumer behaviour to develop relevant communication.
• Present and articulate creative ideas, explaining the thinking behind the concept and its relevance to the brand.
• Work closely with strategists, account managers, designers, and production teams to take ideas from brief to execution.
• Incorporate feedback constructively while protecting the core strength of the creative idea. Quality & Creative Excellence
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, originality, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Stay curious about advertising, pop culture, emerging digital formats, and consumer conversations.
• Bring fresh perspectives to brainstorming sessions and continuously push for stronger, more distinctive creative work. What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of relevant copywriting experience, preferably in a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
• Experience working across multiple brands, industries, and campaign briefs.
• A strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, original copy, brand storytelling, and digital creative work.
• Proven ability to contribute to campaign ideation and develop ideas beyond routine social media content.
• Excellent command of language, storytelling, tone of voice, and creative writing.
• The ability to translate a brief into a clear creative direction and compelling communication.
• Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
• Someone who is curious, culturally aware, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
