Role Description The Chemistry Teacher will deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Chemistry for students from classes 11 & 12, aligned with CBSE curriculam. Responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, preparing and evaluating assignments and tests, and providing regular feedback to students and guardians. The role involves simplifying complex concepts, using practical examples and problem-solving sessions to strengthen understanding and exam readiness. The teacher will participate in academic planning, parent-teacher interactions, and occasional workshops or extra classes to support student performance.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Qualifications
• Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry Education, with the ability to teach CBSE syllabus effectively.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, including designing practice materials, tests, and revision modules.
• Excellent Communication and Teaching skills to engage diverse learners and maintain a supportive classroom setting.
• Basic familiarity with related sciences such as Physics to provide interdisciplinary context when required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience teaching classes 7 to 12 in a coaching center or school setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to assess student performance, adapt teaching strategies, and provide individualized guidance for exam preparation.
• Comfort with using educational technology (presentations, online resources, digital assessments) to enhance learning.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centered mindset focused on ethics and professional conduct.
