Role Purpose The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, attendance and leave tracking, employee engagement, and HR documentation, while ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to company policies. Key Responsiblities
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
• Assist with onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and other employee documentation.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and coordinating compliance-related activities, including POSH.
• Support HR reporting, employee surveys, and process improvements using HRMS and AI tools. Required Qualification & Expereince
• MSW/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.




• Positive knowledge of AI tools and prompt writing, with the ability to use AI tools to improve HR productivity and automate routine tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally Preferred Candidate
• Local candidates from Vadodara or nearby locations will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in both HR Operations and Recruitment will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in IT/Software or corporate environments will have an added advantage.
