Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to travel enquiries and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain lead records and update customer details in the CRM.

• 1-6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
