Role Description The Executive – Doctor Outreach will be responsible for building and maintaining qualified relationships with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to increase awareness and referrals to Ganaa’s rehabilitation and psychiatric services. Day-to-day activities include visiting clinics and hospitals, explaining Ganaa’s treatment offerings, coordinating meetings and presentations, and ensuring timely follow-up with medical professionals. . This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram Qualifications




• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to engage with medical professionals respectfully and effectively.
• Experience in healthcare outreach, medical liaison work, business development, or similar client-facing roles in the health or wellness sector.
• Knowledge or awareness of mental health, addiction treatment, or rehabilitation services, with sensitivity to confidentiality and ethical considerations.
• Ability to organize and manage field visits, meetings, and presentations, with solid time management and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating between clinical and administrative staff.
• Bachelor/Master degree with minimum 2-3 years of Work Exp (such as Healthcare Management, Psychology, Social Work, Business, or a related discipline); a background in healthcare is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and travel locally for doctor visits and outreach activities.
