The company focuses on scalable e-learning, including academic content development, instructional design, and creation of courses using Articulate Storyline and MOOC platforms. Its services also extend to online sales and marketing for higher education programs, helping institutions reach and engage larger learner audiences. Role Description The Articulate Storyline Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include transforming instructional designs and academic content into engaging courses, creating animations and interactions, and ensuring that learning experiences are user-friendly, accessible, and consistent with brand and pedagogical standards. The role involves close collaboration with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and media teams, as well as testing and troubleshooting courses across browsers and devices. The developer will also contribute to process improvement, documentation,



and template libraries to support scalable course production. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (and related tools such as Articulate Rise), including building interactive slides, quizzes, scenarios, and multimedia-rich content.
• Experience with instructional design principles, e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM/xAPI), and learning management system (LMS) integration.
• Strong visual design and basic graphic/media skills, including layout, typography, and use of images, audio, and video in digital learning.
• Ability to analyze content and requirements, collaborate with subject matter experts, and convert complex topics into clear, learner-centered experiences.
• Attention to detail in quality assurance, including testing, debugging, and ensuring cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
• Positive communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience in corporate e-learning development is an advantage.
