Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida sec 18. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining course offerings, and clarifying program outcomes and placement opportunities. The Admission Counselor will conduct counseling sessions (in-person and via phone or video), follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records of prospects in the CRM or admissions system. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing and academic teams, assisting in information sessions or events,



and helping applicants complete enrollment formalities while providing a positive, supportive experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a high standard of learner experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments through needs-based counseling and clear program presentations.
