Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end Domestic Fire & Allied Perils Claims.
• Interpret policy wordings and provide coverage analysis.
• Coordinate with surveyors, insurers, loss assessors, and clients throughout the claims process.
• Review claim documents and ensure timely claim submission and settlement.
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best possible claim outcome for clients.
• Handle large and complex commercial and industrial property claims.
• Guide clients on claim procedures, documentation, and policy coverage.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with insurers, surveyors, and internal stakeholders.
