Short-Term Contractor Joining: Immediate Compensation: $14–$16/hour Role Overview We’re looking for experienced Quality Leads to manage QA reviewers, maintain annotation quality, identify errors, and ensure consistent and timely delivery of AI training data. What You’ll Do
• Lead reviewers and manage quality audit queues.
• Review annotated data and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Provide clear feedback and guidance to reviewers.
• Track quality scores and reviewer performance.
• Train recent reviewers and escalate recurring issues. Key Requirements
• 3–5 years of overall professional experience.




• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring reviewers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Experience in QA, data annotation, data labeling, or AI training is preferred. Work Commitment
• Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
• Remote contractor engagement. Selection Process
