Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end sales of rental properties by connecting interested customers with suitable properties.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate with property owners and tenants to successfully close deals.
• Generate new business leads through local networks, referrals, and offline marketing.
• Promote Azuro’s property management solutions and onboard property owners.
• Support property marketing activities to generate quality leads.
• Maintain customer information, sales updates, and daily activity reports in the CRM.




• Assist with property documentation and related paperwork.
• ? What We’re Looking For
• Graduates from any discipline are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with around 1 year of sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales skills.
• A positive attitude, confidence, enthusiasm, and a target-oriented mindset.
