Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Chandigarh, India. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos, selecting and organizing clips, and ensuring smooth transitions and pacing that support transparent visual storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include editing video content for presentations, social media, and marketing materials; performing basic color correction and grading; and incorporating motion graphics or visual elements to enhance the final product. The role involves close collaboration with designers and other team members to understand project objectives, maintain brand consistency, and deliver videos on schedule. The Video Editor is also expected to manage media files,



maintain organized project archives, and stay updated on trends and best practices in video and design. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting support, and organizing raw footage.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software and storytelling through timelines and cuts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading, including basic color correction and enhancing visual mood and consistency.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating or integrating text overlays, simple animations, and visual assets.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on-site.
• Experience with architectural or design-focused content is an advantage, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant video work.
