We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager / Growth & Business Development Manager to lead digital marketing, social media, lead generation, sales outreach, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should understand the complete customer acquisition funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to client conversion and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage content calendars, company pages, and brand communication.
• Coordinate with designers and content teams to create engaging content.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns based on business objectives.
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversions. Lead Generation & Email Marketing
• Build and manage B2B lead-generation pipelines.
• Identify potential clients, HR teams, recruiters, educational institutions, and startups.
• Execute cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead-nurturing sequences.
• Maintain accurate prospect databases and follow-up schedules.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with sales teams to improve conversions. Business Development & Sales




• Identify new business opportunities, prospective clients, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, meetings, and networking.
• Schedule product demonstrations and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, handle initial objections, and follow up with prospects.

• Track marketing and sales performance through weekly and monthly reports.
