Short-Term Contractor Joining: Immediate Compensation: $18–$22/hour Role Overview We’re looking for experienced Project Leads to manage large-scale AI annotation projects, lead teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. What You’ll Do
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery.
• Handle client communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead and mentor Team Leads.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Improve workflows and scale teams as needed. Key Requirements
• 7+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in team leadership.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume projects.




• Robust client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and knowledge of performance metrics.
• Experience in data annotation, data labeling, AI training, RLHF, SFT, or model evaluation is preferred. Work Commitment

Working hours
7 AM–4 PM PST.
• Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
