Tech. Chemical Engineering We are looking for an experienced Chemist – Fertilizers & Plant Nutrition with strong hands-on experience in formulation development and commercial-scale production. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Develop Water-Soluble NPK, Micronutrients & Bio-stimulants
• Work on Liquid, Powder & Granular formulations
• Conduct solubility, stability & compatibility trials
• Handle Lab-to-Plant scale-up
• Troubleshoot caking, precipitation, poor solubility & quality issues
• Coordinate with R&D;, Production & QA/QC teams
• Maintain formulation records and technical documentation ✅ Candidate Profile:
• 7–12 years of relevant industry experience
• Robust practical knowledge of fertilizer formulation
• Hands-on experience in lab trials and commercial production
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Water-Soluble NPK, Micronutrients & Bio-stimulants preferred
