This is a full-time role based entirely at WTF's Sector 9, Noida office, six days a week. It is not remote or hybrid. Apply only if those working terms are practical for you. We need one hands-on owner of the people function across WTF's businesses—not a coordinator and not another layer above someone else doing the work. You will personally run the operating rhythm for hiring, employee records and payroll inputs, employee relations, performance and capability building. You will build a small team around explicit responsibilities, reliable data and completed work. When a process breaks, you must be able to diagnose it, do the work and get it running again. Show us what you have actually owned. We want a hiring funnel through actual joiners, a payroll or employee-operations problem you took through closure, and a performance or learning intervention with an observed result. Explain the starting point, dates, your actions and actual outcome. Separate your personal delivery from the company's growth or your team's totals. This is not a TA-only, payroll-only,



HRMS-only or policy-only appointment. Those specialists have their own delivery roles; this seat must connect the complete function to business outcomes. Payroll preparation must retain an independent Finance check, payment approval and release. The assessment includes a practical HR operating case and a discussion of one redacted or recreated tracker or SOP you authored. Do not share confidential employer information or private employee data. A senior title and screening answers are not substitutes for evidence. Please be ready to discuss your current or last-drawn CTC, fixed and variable components, notice period, current locality and realistic daily commute. Compensation is discussed after evidence review; no package or interview slot is promised by this post. WTF is building across gyms, academy, business services, digital products and other ventures. This is a business-wide people mandate, not a gym-only HR role.
