Chief of Staff at Voice Arena Full-time | San Francisco or Gurgaon/NCR (India) | Reports to the founders Voice Arena builds evaluations, models and datasets for voice AI. Our mission is to make machines talk like humans, and to measure honestly how close they are. Our key customers are the world's largest technology companies and AI labs. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to help run Voice Arena alongside the founders. You will work across the entire business, from research, benchmarks and recent datasets to hiring, project delivery, marketing, policy and enterprise adoption, and make sure our priorities translate into measurable results. This is not an engineering role, but it needs someone who is technically very strong.



Every message that goes out to our customers' research scientists passes through you, and you will help make technical decisions and set the technical roadmap. Ideally, you have a computer science engineering degree from a highly rigorous programme, a few years as an engineer, and a record of hiring, leading and delivering complex programmes.
