Role Description The Installation Head – Parking will oversee end-to-end installation activities for automated parking systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai includes planning installation workflows, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and supervising site technicians and engineers. The role involves reviewing technical drawings, conducting site inspections, managing resources, and resolving technical or operational issues during installation. The Installation Head will monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards, prepare progress reports,



and support commissioning and handover to clients. The position also requires continuous process improvement, mentoring team members, and collaborating with design, sales, and service teams to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, preferably with experience in elevators, automated parking systems, or related industrial installations.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management for multi-site installation projects.
• Hands-on experience with site supervision, safety compliance, quality control, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to work with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and installation manuals, with strong attention to detail.
• Leadership capabilities to manage and mentor installation teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and project documentation; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects is highly preferred.
