About the Role
TopKlickz is looking for a creative and versatile Multimedia Content Creator with hands-on experience in photography, videography, video editing and graphic design. The selected candidate will produce high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, institutional activities, events and promotional communication. This is a full-time, on-site position based at a client's campus in Dantiwada, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
• Photograph institutional events, activities, achievements, interviews and field visits.
• Plan and execute video shoots for promotional content, interviews, awareness campaigns and event highlights.
• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage for digital platforms.
• Organise and maintain a structured digital photo and video library. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Edit short-form videos, social media reels, promotional videos and event highlights.
• Create engaging video content with transitions, titles, subtitles, sound and visual effects.
• Produce content in different aspect ratios and formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and WhatsApp.
• Add English, Gujarati and Hindi subtitles where required.




• Use motion graphics and animation where appropriate. Graphic Design
• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, infographics, thumbnails and campaign visuals.
• Create graphics for institutional announcements, events, awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain visual consistency, typography, colour palettes and brand guidelines.
• Convert content briefs into clear, engaging and visually appealing designs. Coordination & Delivery
• Coordinate with the Team Leader and Content Writer to develop visuals aligned with the content calendar.
• Support on-site event coverage and time-sensitive content production.
• Ensure quality control, file organisation and timely delivery of creatives and edited videos.
• Incorporate feedback and maintain organised project files. Required Qualifications
• Graduate or diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Preference for candidates with qualifications in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Photography, Graphic Design or Film/Video Production.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience. Required Skills
• Practical experience in photography, videography and video editing.




• Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio of creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva or equivalent tools, as relevant to the candidate's skill set.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, framing, composition and sound.
• Ability to create posters, banners, infographics, social media creatives and video content.
• Understanding of motion graphics, animation and social media formats. Preferred Experience
• Experience in event coverage, institutional communication, educational content or public awareness campaigns.
• Familiarity with producing content in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
• Experience maintaining a skilled photography and video archive. Work Requirements
• Full-time, on-site position in Dantiwada, Gujarat.

• Willingness to relocate or commute daily is essential.
