Role Description The Store Auditor role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Store Auditor is responsible for conducting regular audits of store operations, including inventory checks, pricing accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves reviewing sales transactions, assessing compliance with cash handling and discount policies, and identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement. The Store Auditor will prepare clear audit reports, communicate findings to store management, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure standards are consistently met.



The position requires collaboration with store teams and management to support efficient, compliant, and customer-friendly store operations. Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing inventory, transactions, and documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, pricing, and cash handling procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and discussing findings with store teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and audit-related tools; comfort working with point-of-sale systems and store software.
• Ability to work in office in Noida, conduct regular store visits, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple audits and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in auditing, retail store operations, or quality assurance is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
