Role Description The Senior Architect will play a key role in leading architectural design for luxury residential and commercial projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance. This full-time, on-site position is based in Panipat and involves collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and contractors to translate requirements into detailed plans and construction drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing architectural designs, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, and overseeing design execution on site. The Senior Architect will support project management activities, such as monitoring progress, addressing design issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to design best practices,



and supporting continuous improvement of design and build processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including experience with luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills, including coordination between design disciplines and seamless alignment with construction and interior teams.
• Candidates should possess a practical understanding of Software Development or design-related software tools (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms) to support accurate and efficient design documentation.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and professional licensure or registration, where applicable.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, solid knowledge of building codes and regulations, and experience with turnkey or design-and-build projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on site and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead architect role, particularly in luxury construction and interior-focused projects, is highly beneficial.
