Experience:
3–4 Years ? Annual CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA What we’re looking for:
* Strong command of *Adobe Premiere Pro
* Working knowledge of *After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe tools
* Strong understanding of editing, cuts, pacing, transitions, sound design, and storytelling
* Experience creating *social media, performance ads, reels, and branded video content




* Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished, high-retention videos
* Valuable understanding of hooks, audience retention, and performance-driven editing
* Hands-on experience with *AI video, image, voice, and creative tools
* Ability to integrate AI into editing workflows for faster and more creative output We’re looking for an editor first — someone with solid fundamentals, strong creative judgment, and AI workflow experience as an additional must-have skill. ?
